Tatiana Navarro Millet, Esq., is an associate attorney, bringing over a decade of experience representing investors, employers, families and individuals across a full spectrum of U.S. immigration matters, including family-based petitions, employment-based petitions, naturalization, and humanitarian applications, among others. With regards to employment-based immigration, she holds a vast breadth of knowledge and experience, overseeing a portfolio of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions, including, but not limited to E,H,L,O,P,TN and R visas. She has successfully obtained employment-based immigrant visas for all preference categories from EB-1 to EB-5. Tatiana has also represented clients in their family-based and humanitarian-based petitions and applications, including VAWA, TPS, U visas, T visas, among others. Tatiana has prepared students on their F-1 and J-1 visas, including waiver applications and advisory opinions. She has advocated on behalf of clients in interactions with government agencies, including the Department of Labor (DOL), Department of State (DOS), USCIS, ICE, EOIR and the BIA.
Born in Puerto Rico, Tatiana’s interest in immigration stems from her experience growing up between two cultures and languages. After moving to the United States as a child, she formed close friendships with other immigrant children as she adapted to American culture. Hearing about the immigration struggles that her friends and peers faced influenced her decision to help others on their path towards American residency.
Tatiana earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Florida and her Juris Doctor from the Florida International University School of Law. She is a member of the Florida bar, an active member of AILA, and is fluent in Spanis
