Natalie Fuentes-Hernandez has been working in the legal field since 1997. She brings extensive experience preparing family-based petitions as well as immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions. She assists clients with a wide range of immigration issues, including applications for permanent residency, requests for consideration of deferred action, naturalization applications, and immigration court cases.
Additionally, Ms. Fuentes-Hernandez has experience managing Labor Certification (PERM) cases with the Department of Labor, as well as employment-based non-immigrant visas, including employment-based immigrant visa petitions, employment authorization, and advance parole applications. She is a tireless supporter of the clients she serves.
She graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice.
Ms. Fuentes-Hernandez speaks English and Spanish.
