Natalie Fuentes-Hernandez has been working in the legal field since 1997. She brings to the office of Robert M. Bell, P.A. extensive experience preparing family-based petitions as well as immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions. She assists clients with a wide range of immigration issues, including applications for permanent residency, requests for consideration of deferred action, applications for naturalization, and immigration court cases.
In addition, Ms. Fuentes-Hernandez has experience managing Labor Certification (PERM) cases with the Department of Labor and employment-based non-immigrant visas, including employment-based immigrant visa petitions, employment authorization, and advanced parole applications. She is a tireless supporter of the clients she serves.
She graduated from Florida International University with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice.
